Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• No shipments are made on Saturdays after 2 PM, Sundays, or public holidays.

• Delays may occur during high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within Kenya:

• Nairobi: Delivery times vary; express options available.

• Rest of Kenya: Up to 3 business days (Ksh 350 standard fee). Remote areas may incur additional charges.

International:

• Express: 7–10 days (customs delays possible).

• Standard: 14–40 days (subject to customs clearance).

3. Shipment Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships.

• Tracking updates may take 24 hours to activate.

4. Delivery Exceptions

• P.O. Boxes: Available for most locations.

• Address Errors: Ensure accuracy. We’re not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Pickup Orders (Nairobi)

• Fee: Ksh 59 (covers storage for up to 3 months).

• Late Pickups:

  • After 3 months: Ksh 59/month storage fee.

  • After 6 months: Uncollected orders will be discarded without notice.

6. Customs & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.

• Rich Beauty LTD does not cover these charges or refund orders held/returned by customs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Report damage within 1 hour of delivery. Save all packaging materials for claims.

• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
